Baltimore County is developing a Small Area Plan for communities in and around White Marsh, Middle River, Bowleys Quarters, Essex, and Rossville. This plan will identify area-specific recommendations to meet the goals of Master Plan 2030. Join the Baltimore County Department of Planning for a discussion about the future of our communities! This Meeting will be located at the CCBC ESSEX Administration Building 1st Floor Lecture Hall 7201 Rossville Blvd.

We invite you to join us for our upcoming Trash Pick-Up along the Eastern Blvd. Corridor in Essex on Monday, April 21. This event is taking place in partnership with Maryland Waterways Foundation This spring trash pick-up date will not only provide better conditions for our volunteers, but it also coincides with global Earth Day celebrations!
