We help brighten The Boulevard each year with colorful flowers, plants, trees, and banners. There’s a saying, “Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good!” This strategy will go a long way to lift Essex and show people that it’s a great place to work, live, and shop. Our feedback on important County-managed projects helps make The Boulevard feel cohesive. At the same time, we’re also celebrating the diversity of businesses and people that make up the Essex community.

Everyone can benefit from a comfortable, positive environment. The cost of organizing and implementing our beautification initiatives is minimal, but the impact is enormous! People can once again take pride as they walk or drive down welcoming and well-cared-for streets. Our commitment to a vibrant, productive urban center is evident.
