SMALL AREA PLAN 11 PUBLIC MEETING

Baltimore County is developing a Small Area Plan for communities in and around White Marsh, Middle River, Bowleys Quarters, Essex, and Rossville. This plan will identify area-specific recommendations to meet the goals of Master Plan 2030. Join the Baltimore County Department of Planning for a discussion about the future of our communities!
This Meeting will be located at the CCBC ESSEX Administration Building 1st Floor Lecture Hall 7201 Rossville Blvd.
